Hill Brothers Score Top Fives in Atlanta
The Hill Brothers race team was back in action at the Atlanta Motor Speedway (GA) as a part of the NASCAR weekend.  Both Austin Hill and Dalton Hill were on the quarter-mile track after the NASCAR Truck race.

Austin was running his first ever race at the Pro level in Legends Car competition.  He started on the pole and was looking for a win at the same track that he nearly won the Thursday Thunder Championship this past summer.

“We started on the pole and when we went green the third place car hit us in the rear coming to the green," said Austin. "We slide up the track a bit and it messed up the rear end so it was a handful to drive.  We did a pretty good job keeping up with the others cars. We ended up fourth.  I will say it’s a lot tougher at the Pro level then the Semi-Pro level.”

Meanwhile, younger brother Dalton was in his Bandolero in the Bandits division, running among the leaders when his car swapped ends on him.

“We went green for a couple of laps and then I went to turn one a little too hard and spun out,” said Dalton.  “The car was still very good after we spun. We hung on for fourth as the rest of the race went green.”

Both Hill Brothers will be back in at the Atlanta Motor Speedway on November 14th for the opening round of the Winter Flurry series.
